Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OnlyRadsmobile application and website (together, the “Service”), operated by Eetaa Inc (“Eetaa Inc”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OnlyRads is a private, professional community intended exclusively for qualified radiologists and related medical professionals. To use the Service, you must:

• Be a qualified, in-training, or retired radiologist, or a related medical professional
• Provide accurate identity and professional information and, where required, complete identity and credential verification
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

We may require verification of your identity or professional credentials before granting or continuing access, and we may decline, suspend, or revoke access if we are unable to verify you or if we believe you do not meet these requirements. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

OnlyRadsis a social and community platform where verified members can create profiles, share posts, join communities (“Circles”), follow other members, and exchange direct messages, for professional networking, discussion, and peer connection.

OnlyRads is nota source of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. See the Medical Disclaimer in Section 9.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account
• One account per person; sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You authorize us to process the identity and credential information you submit for verification (see our Privacy Policy)

“User Content” means anything you post, upload, or send through the Service, including text, images, comments, messages, and poll responses.

• You retain ownership of your User Content
• You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law
• You grant Eetaa Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it
• This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except for content others have already shared, backups retained for a limited period, or where retention is required by law

You agree that you will NOT:

• Post or share patient-identifiable information or protected health information (PHI); any clinical images or discussion you share must be fully de-identified and shared in accordance with applicable law
• Present information as clinical advice, or share content you know to be false, misleading, or harmful
• Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others, or post hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or professional credentials
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any professional, ethical, or legal obligation
• Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or use bots or automated means to access or collect content or data from the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or access-control measures
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service, or use content from the Service to train AI or machine-learning systems

We want OnlyRads to be a safe, professional space. You can report content or members, and block other members, from within the app. We review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. When content is reported it is hidden from other users immediately; we then review it within 24 hours and either permanently remove it and suspend or terminate the responsible account, or restore it if it does not violate these Terms.

Anonymous posting. Posting anonymously hides your display name from other members only; it is not anonymous to OnlyRads. We retain the account identity behind every post, including anonymous ones, so anonymous content is subject to the same moderation as all other content: it can be reported and removed, and we may suspend or terminate the responsible account. Do not rely on anonymity to post content that violates these Terms.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us at support@onlyrads.app with a description of the material, its location on the Service, and your contact information. We will review and remove infringing content where appropriate, and may terminate repeat infringers.

Content on OnlyRads, including posts, comments, and messages from members, is for professional discussion and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and must not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional judgment or a formal clinical consultation. Eetaa Inc does not endorse or verify the accuracy of member-generated content. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on the Service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

The Service itself — including the OnlyRadsname, logos, software, and design, and all content we provide (excluding User Content) — is owned by Eetaa Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, to protect the Service or other members, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses already granted to others, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that member content is accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eetaa Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any member content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
